COSORI CP428-VS Review
The COSORI CP428-VS Vacuum Sealer is a value priced vacuum sealer we wanted to like, but ended up having some issues with. This a small model that's going to be fairly easy to store away. It features an on-board bag cutter but no bag roll storage. It does come with an accessory port and hose which makes it a lot more useful in the kitchen. The quality for this model is average compared to other models, if you're looking for something a little more durable try the NutriChef PKVS18SL which is a much higher quality unit.
We really wanted to like this model, but there were a few things that kept getting in the way. Our biggest complaint is the controls and labels, compared to other models this was needlessly complicated. If you're a technical person, you'll be fine, but people that aren't technology friendly are going to struggle to understand the buttons and what they do. Honestly, this seems like something that was lost in translation. Next up we take issue with the videos and pictures, they are deceptively shot to make you think there's on-board bag roll storage, there isn't. If these aren't things that matter to you, rate this model higher.
