The Crenova VS100S is a mid-range Vacuum Sealer that's best suited for someone who is going to need it occasional use only. This is a manually operated model, to use it you place the bag onto the sealing bar, close the lid so you hear a click indicating the lid is locked. You then press either seal or vacuum depending on which operation you need to perform. The controls are easy to read and understand, making this model fairly easy to use. It has a dedicated pulse mode, so you can use this model on delicate food items. It works with both wet and dry items, although there is no drip tray. The manufacturer claims the sealing bar is anti-microbial, which would help keep things sanitary.

There are some negative points about this model worth noting, the first is the quality and durability, this isn't the lowest quality model we looked at, but it was below average, and we question if after 2-3 years it will still be working. The second issue worth noting is there's no on-board bag roll storage, while this is a convenience feature, it's really nice to have. The next thing worth noting is this is a manual sealing model, it's another convenience feature, but it's nice to have. Lastly when looking at what you are getting for your money this model isn't a really great value, the NutriChef PKVS18SL is higher quality and has a few additional features at a lower price, so we recommend it instead.
