The FoodSaver FM2435 is a mid-level Vacuum Sealer from FoodSaver. This model offers convenient on-board bag roll storage, making it easy to use when you need it. It seals both wet and dry food items, and has a removable drip tray to make cleanup quick and easy. It also come with an accessory hose giving you the flexibility of being able to seal canisters or containers if you want to.
There are some issues you need to be aware of with this model, the most important being it's size. Its footprint is 19" x 11" which means it's going to take up a lot of counter space. The second thing is this model has manual vacuuming and sealing, at $129.90 it's much more expensive than other manual seal models, the NutriChef Vacuum Sealer for $59.99 is a much better value. Lastly like all FoodSaver Vacuum Sealers it can be fairly noisy.
