FoodSaver V3460 Review
The FoodSaver V3460 is an older FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer design. This model has a unique feature, there are two different sealing speeds, if you're sealing food items that are awkwardly sized and leave lots of empty space this is something you will appreciate. It can seal both wet and dry foods, has a dishwasher safe drip tray and has pulse mode for delicate items.
We have a few issues with this model, first being the control panel, it's a lot more complicated than the newer models being offered today. Secondly there's no accessory hose, which means this model won't work on canisters or bags. And like all FoodSaver models it can be pretty noisy when it's running. This model is awkwardly shaped it's a lot taller than it is wide, making it feel like it would be very easy to accidentally tip over. For the price this isn't good value at all. We recommend the FoodSaver FM5200, FoodSaver 4800, or FoodSaver 4440 instead.
