The first thing you'll notice about this model is how much larger and bigger it is than other sous vide cookers. It's over 14" tall and 4" wide, making it one of the largest models we reviewed. It weighs over 5 pounds making it one of the heaviest units we looked at. It has 1100 watts of power, so it will be able to handle large volumes of food with no problem. It's also accurate to within 0.1° so if you need precise temperature control you're going to need a Commercial Grade Sous Vide to achieve that. One thing you notice is how intuitive it is to use the controls on this model, compared with some of the other less expensive models which were a lot more confusing.

It has an adjustable clamp that allows you adjust the position both horizontally and vertically, this is the most flexible configuration you can have.

We like this model a lot but realize this is not the best choice for most consumers. It's larger and heavier than most models which are going to make it harder to use and find storage for.
